HR Coordinator
I am partnering with a leading national professional services organisation who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their close-knit and collaborative team.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Administering the onboarding process
- First point of contact for all HR queries
- Management of the HRIS & employee files
- Monitoring the HR inbox and actioning as appropriate
- Reporting
- Ad hoc administration as required
- Working on the recruitment & talent programme alongside the wider HR team
Skills required
- Build & develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent time management & attention to detail
- Providing HR advice where applicable
- Supporting the HR team across all activities & projects
Who we are looking for
- Degree qualified in HR/Business
- Circa 1-3 years' experience in an HR Generalist position
- Impeccable presentation & attention to detail
- Driven and ambitious
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally & externally
