A broad and varied HR role supporting London based employees in the heart of the city.
You will be:
- Directly involved in the end to end employee lifecycle
- Providing support and guidance to business stakeholders, escalting issues as needed
- Assisting with recruitment
- Be in a very busy and visible role - you will be needing to juggle many balls at once and prioritise and reprioritise your workload as needed
The successful candidate will be:
- Approachable and friendly
- Bright and capable
- Able to build relationships and win trust easily
Ideally the successful candidate will:
- Have c.2years experinece in a varied HR role
- Come from a financial services/professional services background, although this isnt mandatory
- Have an undergraduate degree
