Work for a fantastic HR leader and mentor in this 7 month maternity cover contract in the capacity of HR Coordinator for a large national hospitality company. This role is a true generalist covering all operational aspects of HR as well as L&D, recruitment, and exciting projects. With 1500+ employees, this organisation relies on the HR team to provide quick and reliable service--thus, strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
- HR Administration - contracts, letters, mantaining employee data, etc.
- Weekly and monthly reporting (must be comfortable working with Excel)
- Recruitment support - CV screening, shortlisting, reference checking, etc.
- Projects - employer branding, employee engagement survey, and new HRIS implementation
Interviews for this role will be held the week of March 18th. Candidates must be able to commit to the full seven month duration of this contract.
