A hugely successful global FinTech organisation has a need for an HR Coordinator to join their HR and Recruitment team in their stunning, central Sydney CBD offices. In a period of exciting growth, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who wants to learn from some of the best in their field. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will work across the full spectrum of HR verticals; a great opportunity to gain insight across all verticals of HR.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the recruitment & HR generalist teams
  • Managing the HRIS & the careers inbox
  • Assisting & organising careers fairs
  • Working with key stakeholders, both internally & externally on relevant HR & recruitment activity
  • Onboarding & contract generation
  • L&D & working with external vendors
  • HR administration as required

About you:

  • You will have an excellent academic track record and likely to have a degree in HR
  • Ambitious, passionate and high energy
  • Likely to have 1-2 years' experience in an HR or related role
  • Demonstrate ability to build solid relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Flexible, agile and resilient
  • Brilliant communication skills

Salary circa $70k + super + bonus + benefits
