We have a current opportunity for a HR Consultant on a contract basis. After a acquisition there has been a period of change, we had duplicated of all our corporate functions and everything was disjointed. we are now using one system and have started to simplify our structure and processes. We have implemented a business partnering model and created an operations team to handle all transactional queries or for manager to self serve. Unfortunately our policies need re thinking, updating, re writing and rolling out. this will involve mapping what we have, costing changes and gaining approval for implementations, multi-country, We think this piece of work will be for 3 months and likely to be inside IR35, so either on payroll or and a contractor PAYE.
