I am currently partnering with one of the worlds largest Financial Services and Banking organisations who are looking to hire a HR Consultant for their Technology business. This role will sit within head office in London where you will be accountable for managing the successful delivery of HR projects and initiatives that support business strategy in technology and set out in strategic people plans.
As the HR Consultant you will partner with HR Business Partners, HR Advisors and specialists to help design pragmatic solutions to solve business problems. You will leverage internal and external expertise to deliver solutions that have a measurable impact for the business whilst adding commercial value through HR projects.
To be considered for this HR Consultant role you will be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate how HR Projects and activities can connect people priorities and business goals together. You will have excellent HR Consulting skills and stakeholder management experience.
Candidates must also have experience working within a management consultancy and possess the fundamental consulting experience from organisation design, programme management, ability to build a case for change and defining strategy through to execution.
Expertise within Talent and OD or Communications and Engagement would be highly desirable.
