Join this Global ASX Top20 organisation as HR Change Manager to provide change management and communication for the APAC region as a part of their new HR Operating model.
This role will manage stakeholders and implement strategic communications and change programs to promote the new model across multiple time zones, creating a planned approach to lead the change management process to deliver self-service HR & Payroll processes, whilst considering overall impact and cultural sensitivities.
As an experienced HR Change Manager within the Global/APAC remit you will bring change leadership, inspiration, innovation and solid knowledge within this space.
Initially this is a fixed term contract starting asap until July 2019 and has view to extension to work across other strategic HR change project, based in Inner Melbourne. Part time flexible work arrangements are also on offer.
Salary expectation is between $130k to $160k + Super + Bonus.
