I'm currently working on a HR Change Manager role with a global matrix organisation based in Central London.
The business are currently going through an exciting period of transformational change. As such, they are looking for HR Change Managers to join the business in January on a FTC basis (3-6 months) to help them on this journey.
In order to be successful in this role you'll already be operating in a Change role or will be a Generalist who has significant experience of restructuring/change programmes. Ideally you'll have come from a large organisation so you'll be able to get up to speed quickly.
You'll be confident using data and will have strong project management experience. This role isn't focused on the strategic piece, but more the operational side of change so you'll need to be comfortable getting stuck in.
The business are looking for candidates who can start in January.
