Great opportunity to work close to home in the South Eastern Suburbs for this mid-sized organisation as HR Change Lead to support the implementation of SAP Successfactors. With some modules already rolled out to the business, you will manage the implementation of the rest working closely with their System Implementation Partner. This role will manage all from a People perspective, managing all communications with a strong training focus.
Previous experience in a similar HR Change Lead role is essential with SAP Successfactors experience advantageous, but not essential. Strong communications skills are key, as is the ability to support the business and work closely with senior stakeholders.
This Temp Contract is ideally starting ASAP for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, where it is based in the South Eastern Suburbs. Ideally Full time hours but open to Part time (4 days per week) and flexible working options.
