Our client is a global financial Services firm with a base in Singapore. They have engaged our services to find a new HR Change & Operations Consultant to provide support on any internal HR change projects, oversee the HR Data & Analytics function and the Operational Excellence team.

HR Change

A high visible role engaging with senior leaders across the region and supporting HR transformation in line with the HR strategy and business goals. This person will program manage and execute organisational changes and embed them. This person will communicate effectively and ensure the region is aligned and act as the key change contact across the region. Working closely with the Head of HR and leadership teams to understand the change requirements and then turn this into action. This person will partner with Country HR Leaders and Finance to enable the creation of robust people cost budgets. This company embraces the Agile methodology.

HR Data & Analytics

Accountability for the HR Data & Analytics reporting function and ensuring the business has timely and accurate data to inform decisions. The successful incumbent will come with excellent data/analytics skillsets and will help refresh the current data reporting methods.

HR Operations

This person will eventually lead the HR Operations team further down the line and act as an escalation point and ensuring best practice and continual process improvement in this space. HR Operations oversight experience is not necessary, as this can be learnt and will be performed by someone else beforehand.

Desirable: This is a high impact role and would be great for an ex consultant, someone with strong change/HR project experience and someone who is comfortable with data.

You will be part of a wider HR team who are fun, friendly and down to earth and will provide mentorship. Singapore is a key growth market for the business so there will be growth and a spotlight on your patch.
