A new and exclusive engagement with an exciting Technology start-up looking to grow their headcount. We know them well, they are a fun and vibrant firm that has enjoyed success in the market. This is a newly created HR Business Partner role supporting a client group as well as driving a best practice function .
Establishment of a HR Best Practice Function:
This person will establish, create, embed and execute all aspects of HR from a centre of excellence/ best practice view point and roll these new initiatives out across the region. Acting as the 'go-to' point of contact for the business and one of the most senior members of the HR team. This could include aspects such as; engagement, talent, reward, polices and processes (pan Asia), and organisational design to ensure the HR Business function is set up for success.
HR Business Partnering role:
In addition, this person will manage a small population and support end to end HR business partnering activities, HR Operations and HR strategy & queries from the supported business units.
This person will lead a team of 2-3 people.
Can-do attitude is a must! This will be 'hands on', fast-paced, there will be operational aspects to manage and everything in-between!.. This role wouldn't be right for someone wanting a firm job spec, a firmed up role and need to be told what to do! Self-starter, fun and can-do attitude is required at all times. You will get to work with a high-energy, dynamic successful leaders!

- Solid track record of business partnering (around 7-8 years).
