About our client
Our client is a reputable European e-commerce platform with a global fun working culture. Due to the growth of their APAC business, they are looking for an experience HR Business Partner to join the commercial side of their business and strengthen the existing People team. The position is based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Regional Manager of HR, Oceania, you will be developing, implementing and driving HR solutions and working to integrate HR strategies with business strategies. You will provide both operational and strategic HR support to the line managers and the employees within your own account. The HR Business Partner will support in areas such as talent management, learning and development, employee relations and C&B. You will be engaging with various stakeholders to recommend strategies and implement solutions. The HRBP will serve as a consultant to management on HR related issues and lead APAC related projects and processes.
The successful applicant
Ideally, you should have at least 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience having mastered the full end to end employee life cycle, operations and strategic HR Business Partnering experience in an international company. Regional HR experience, especially experience in Australia market, is a requirement. The individual should be proficient in Excel and have the ability to leverage data and trend analysis. Excellent communication skills is a must to engage with the senior stakeholders.
