An exciting new opportunity for a HR Business Partner to manage a population across South East Asia within an award winning global Tech firm. Set in a landscape of exciting positive business change and growth this person will support the success of the Singapore and South-East Asia market, accountable for the region across two countries. Providing strategic advice, planning, coaching and development to the Senior Leadership team. A highly visible and key role for the business.
The successful incumbent will help embed and streamline an effective Centre of Excellence model to provide an excellent service to the business and set them up for success. This will free up time to more of a focus on the strategic HR agenda. There will be operational support provided for this person.
Act as a strategic advisor to the business on all aspects of the employee lifecycle from performance, talent, ER, change management, diversity and engagement. Deliver development days and opportunities for the leadership team and help be a trusted advisor to enable long lasting and trusting relationships.
Work closely with global counterparts to support global projects and initiatives. There is a centre of excellence to lean on for training material, however, this person will be delivering training and seminars direct to the business and will be responsible for ensuring relevant materials and toolkits are in place and accessible for the business and that training needs have been identified. They may also design and create some material.
A highly multicultural and diverse business so the successful candidate needs to come with strong emotional intelligence and cultural awareness. This person will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with business leaders and managers and will own senior relationships.
The successful candidate;
Will be an established strategic HR Business Partner already looking to take a step up, gain regional exposure and drive a high performing HR function. Experience in coaching and developing senior leaders is desirable. A heavy emphasis around talent and capability development, succession planning and growing skills for the future.
