HR Business Partner - Policy & Governance
A well known International Bank is in the market for an HR professional specialising in Policy and Governance.
This newly created permanent opportunity has arisen as part of a wider global restructure and will suit a process focused individual who wants to build something out themselves.
You will essentially be working with the wider HR team, Heads of Audit and Risk, plus other senior stakeholders on the Operational Risk Committee.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and embedding HR policies and the risk and governance areas of the HR function. You will also support the Head of HR Operations and the other Business Partner in the areas of employee benefits and expatriate management.
You must be highly organised and efficient, with excellent communication skills, responsible for ensuring proactive relationships are held with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the generalist HR function to determine achievement of business plans, delivering a first class end to end service to all employees.
Specifically you will develop and review Human Resources policies which are consistent with the firms cultures and values, ensuring compliance with the necessary regulations and legislation and promote HR best practice.
In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity you need to have solid HR specific experience within Policy, Risk and Governance. Experience driving and building out Policy and Governance is your specialism with a wider generalist skill set as a secondary area of coverage.
You must have build out this skill set from a regulated environment within the financial services sector.
