My client a government body are looking to hire a HR Business Partner working part-time 3 days/week. Working in a small team of 4 you will act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders within the business. This is a an exciting role giving you the opportunity to work for an engaging business who are passionate about the employee experience.
This is a true generalist part-time role and your duties will encompass: recruitment, business partnering, change management, organisational development, employee relations and key HR projects. As an experienced HR Business Partner who has a coaching mind-set you will play a pivotal role in staff development and organisational plans. You will take the lead on annual performance and pay and reward reviews.
To carry out this role you must be meticulous, have an eye for details and have a track record in developing and delivering successful projects. You must have budget management experience too and feel comfortable offering tactical advice to stakeholders.
