This is an outstanding opportunity for a part-time HR Business Partner at this well known partnership organisation based in Geneva.
You will be working closely with the Head, of HR Business Partnering ensuring that managers and staff receive seamless, high quality, value adding HR services that support business operations whilst ensuring fair and consistent treatment of staff.
The role will also be responsible for the implementation of the organization's people strategy and advises senior managers on all employee-related matters such as employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, resourcing and compensation. You will be a key liaison for Senior/Managers and consult with them on a range of HR matters. You will need to understand the strategic business plans and challenges of the different business areas, and their HR implications, develop HR strategies to support the business and ensure timely HR solutions to meet anticipated challenges. You will also be applying best practices in human resources management to support performance improvements in the Divisions and Departments, including at team and individual levels.
You will demonstrate a mastery of human resources, organizational development and change management theories, methods and best practices and possess relevant and progressive HRBP experience. You will have experience of HR processes, such as performance and talent management, rewards and employee relations. You will have a proven background in being a strategic practitioner with a proven ability in working effectively with senior stakeholders and as part of a senior management team.
