My client, a luxury retail company based in Central London, are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a background within retail or FMCG. The role will be based out of their Head office location with travel to stores (across London and the rest of the UK).
The HR BP will support the HR Director to achieve the teams strategic objectives and take the lead on a range of projects to develop the HR function. You will also be directly responsible for the management of the HR Advisor.
The HR BP will act as an advisor to a diverse client group across the UK, and will need to support line management on HR policy, recruitment, ER cases and organisational change. You will also be responsible for Talent Management (talent acquisition, induction, and succession planning), Training & Development, employee Compensation & Benefits and Change Management.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have experience working within either a luxury brand or retail environment. International candidates are also encouraged to apply.
