This global financial services organisation is looking for a HR Business Partner for the next 3 months on an interim basis.

In Australia this organisation focuses on financial advisory and global markets for financial institutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to support all aspects of the employee life-cycle and employee experience in a fast-paced, results driven business in growth mode.

Acting in a HR generalist capacity, you will be responsible for:

  • Roll out of annual appraisal campaign
  • Support end of year compensation review process
  • Coaching and supporting managers to drive capability
  • Managing performance
  • Supporting global mobility
  • Manage end to end recruitment
  • HR Reporting
  • Supporting ongoing HR projects

Ideally you will hold tertiary qualification in Business, HR or similar and will have a strong HR generalist background, preferably with exposure to the Financial Services industry.
