We are extremely thrilled to be partnering with a leading financial services firm on a HR Business Partner role. Our client is a US headquartered company that provides financial services to up to 20,000 clients across 100 countries in the US, Europe and Asia.
The HR Business Partner will operate in a standalone role and provide HR support including on advisory, business partnering and a full spectrum of HR operations to support the Singapore and regional offices. You will provide excellent advisory to ensure the firm's best practices are being achieved through HR initiatives and company objectives whilst partnering with leadership and stakeholders to effectively deliver and meet company goals.
Essential: The suitable candidate should have experience within a leading financial institution operating in a regional role having managed a full spectrum of HR generalist matters. You should be confident functioning in an autonomous position and demonstrate excellent capability communicating with leadership and relevant stakeholders involved. You should be highly collaborative across all levels of communication and show an engaging and proactive approach, whilst knowing how to prioritize your responsibilities in an efficient manner.
