Fantastic opportunity to join a Global business based in Birmingham as an HR Business Partner. My client is looking for experienced Business Partners to support their UK based Finance and Technology teams and with exposure and the opportunity to work on Global projects.
Reporting to the HR Director, these positions will partner with the CFO or CTO and their senior leadership teams and work closely with Regional and Global BP's. You will be responsible for implementing the HR People agenda and executing new change activities, providing advice on people issues, cultural change and global processes. In addition you will be involved in a broad range of activities including talent management and development, succession and performance, year end compensation processes, organisation design and restructuring, retention, recruitment, complex ER cases and D&I. You will work closely with and be supported by HR colleagues within the Shared Services teams and the COE.
This position will suit an HR Business Partner who has worked within a large and complex matrixed corporate environment, preferably a global business, who is used to working in a fast paced and dynamic team. You will need to be resilient, able to manage large volumes of work and with strong communication and influencing skills to effectively build and manage key stakeholders at senior levels.
Based in Birmingham this client has a flexible working policy and you would be expected to be in the office c.2-3 days/week.
