I'm currently partnering with a leading Global Investment Management firm looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner for their London office. The HRBP will work across their UK and EMEA locations for a defined, but growing, population group. This is an exciting and newly created position reporting into the HR Lead in London. You will work as part of a small but agile team partnering with Centres of Excellence across the employee life cycle.
You will be responsible for a small, high touch geographically spread group across UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Netherlands with soon to be opening in Switzerland as part of their European expansion program. This is a highly visible role as you will partner with the SLT UK/EMEA and have a voice at the table by attending their monthly SLT meeting.
The role itself is an end-to-end HR Generalist role but very much operating within that tactical and strategic space where you will work collaboratively with your client group to ensure all annual employee lifecycle objectives are met. As well as taking ownership for your client group you will be involved in several group wide strategic projects such as Global Mobility, Global Employee Benefits, Future Ways of Working etc., to ensure the business continues to be fit for purpose.
To be considered for this role you will ideally be from within a global asset/investment management business where you have had the responsibility to not only partner a dispersed client group but where you have also established a new business from the ground roots up and understand the intricacies needed to do so. You will need to be a seasoned HRBP who can quickly build credibility to influence change and desired outcomes to meet the both the people and business drivers.
Whilst the role is based in London, my client is soon to commence a hybrid way of working so will consider someone who is outside of London willing to be part office based or returning to the UK with UK/EMEA asset/investment management experience.
If you feel you suit these attributes, skills, and experience to be successful in this newly created HRBP role then please apply and forward an up-to-date CV for consideration.
The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
