Our client, a highly regarded US HQ global asset management firm, is seeking a HR Business Partner (Asia) to join the lean HR team. Reporting in to the International Head of HR based in the US, supported by a HR Coordinator locally, you will be responsible for partnering the Regional Leadership team, managing People Strategy, HR Projects and HR Operations in a hands on strategic and operational HR Generalist role, overseeing a handful of countries across Asia. You will operate as a trusted adviser to stakeholders such as the Head of Distribution and Head of Equities in a busy and varied HR role, partnering closely with the HR team in the US and UK, to drive a best in class HR service, working alongside a HR BP in another APAC geography.
You will currently be operating as a Regional HR Business Partner at another international investment management, banking or insurance organization. You will be comfortable operating in a strategic and operational role, partnering directly with the regional leadership team. You will also be comfortable reporting in to the US in a busy and varied role.
