Our client is a global consultancy with a base in Singapore and have engaged our services [exclusively] for a newly created HR Business Partner, APAC to join this thriving fast-paced business. This person will act as a key point of contact to the business across 10 APAC locations offering advice and support.
This new HR BP will hit the ground running and undertake all aspects of HR, from Learning and Development, Recruitment, Employee Relations, owning HR Operations, through to some exciting APAC HR projects and initiatives. This business is person centric, as a result there will not be set policies and procedures in place - so this person will use their initiative to help navigate 'grey' areas, use a common sense approach and build strong long-lasting relationships across APAC and globally.
This is a hands-on end-end role with an opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle for APAC. A unique opportunity to make an impact by streamlining processes and making value-add changes to the way in which HR serves the business.
