We are currently partnering with a innovative and high growth healthcare technology business to hire an HR Business Partner and Organisational Development Lead. The HRBP will partner with the Global Corporate Development Officer and support them to implement people and culture strategy whilst also leading the UK HR function from an operational perspective gaining fantastic exposure to senior leadership at an international level.
Working closely with a client group of around 150-200 employees the HRBP will be responsible for designing and delivering a number of initiatives such as the development of a newly created talent management strategy, development of organisational culture, promoting and facilitating continuous learning, employee engagement and performance management. The HRBP will be the lead HR presence in the UK and will have the opportunity to act with autonomy whilst also receiving support and guidance from the global team.
