A global financial institution are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to be based in their London office where you will support the business strategies for European Capital Markets and part of its Function business through the development, advancement and execution of HR objectives and solutions.
As the HR Business Partner you will provide guidance to European Capital Markets and Functions leaders and their respective teams to ensure the successful execution of HR initiatives including; Talent Management, Performance Enablement and Development Planning, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Compensation related activity.
To be successful within this role you will have proven HR Business Partnering experience within a Financial Services organisation. You will also be able to demonstrate a range of leadership, behaviour and technical skills and will have strong stakeholder and influencing skills.
