My client a charity based in London are looking to hire a HR Business Partner on a 12 month contract .Working in a busy HR corporate function you will be responsible for around 250 staff. Acting as a collaborative partner between the business and wider HR to deliver a fit for purpose HR function. Your duties will include:
- Employee Relations - managing all complex and lower cases that arise on a adhoc basis
- Performance Management
- Succession Planning
- Staff pay reviews
- Design and delivery of people training
To carry out this role the ideal candidate will be immediately available and have a strong background working at a business partnering level. You will ideally have experience working in a fast paced environment and be available to interview early January.
