The HR Business Partner position supports a dynamic entrepreneurial organisation based in Zurich who are on an exciting change journey.
The role will provide broad operational support across Talent Acquisition and Management, HR Processes, Compensation and Reward and all cyclical people reviews. This role will partner with several key stakeholders in the business and will need to bring an agile, flexible approach and a global mindset to help the business reach their objectives for global growth. The position will require strong influencing skills and ability to establish quick relationships with the business.
Additional skills and experience required;
- Strong knowledge of local swiss labour legislation
- Ownership over client group and experience in business partnering
- Expertise and knowledge of the full employee life cycle
- Ability to stand-alone and operate independently
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to an entrepreneurial culture
- Ability to challenge, influence and negotiated while building effective long-term relationships with business leaders.
- Fluent in German and English
