I am working on an 8 month FTC HR Business Partner position with a client based in Salisbury.
Managing a headcount of c.200 employees, this role has an HR generalist remit and requires experience of both strategic and operational HR. The business is also going through a period of change and experience of managing change programmes would be advantageous.
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner supporting head office functions and with a broad HR skill set. Able to work in both an operational and stategic capacity, you will be able to evidence strong stakeholder skills at all levels and be able to communicate effectively with senior leadership teams.
It is likely that this role could be made permanent after 6 months and will require someone who is immediately available to start.
