HR Business Partner

I'm delighted to work with a market leading international financial services organisation to recruit a Commercial HR Business Partner, covering stakeholders across Greater Manchester. You will become part of a network of HR Business Partners nationally, providing a consultative support to your stakeholders.

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing both operational and strategic commercial support to the business across all areas of the lifecycle, supported by a COE. You will work closely with commercial leaders to design, facilitate, and deliver appropriate HR interventions and initiatives which support commercial objectives and strategy. Key areas of focus include employee development, engagement & retention, diversity & inclusion, leadership development/coaching and organisational change and transformation.

As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will support the development of junior team members, working collaboratively to ensure a consistent and universal approach and be driven by a desire to provide pragmatic, commercial solutions. This is a business facing position, so although you may be based in an office in Central Manchester, you must be comfortable travelling to sites across Greater Manchester. You must also be comfortable presenting to stakeholders and facilitating workshops and coaching sessions.

The successful candidate will preferably have worked in an HR Business Partnering capacity within a Financial Services or a similarly, highly regulated environment. As you'll support multiple sites, experience in a regional or multi-site role would be an advantage. You are an experienced, confident, commercially aware business partner with strong communication and influencing skills being able to liaise effectively and build relationships at all levels.
