I am thrilled to be partnering with a leading global investment firm urgently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner on a 12-month parental leave cover. Based in Sydney CBD, you will join this well regarded and high performing HR team in offering strategic advice and tactical deployment of HR initiatives across your dedicated business group.
The scope of this role is primarily strategic with operational elements across the full HR remit but more specifically within talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, reward, and employee relations. You will work closely with leaders across Australia offering insights and data to influence and drive change agendas and better engage these stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will a highly capable and experienced HR professional, with a depth of experience delivering on people initiatives aligning performance, capability, talent and reward. You will have had exposure to other global programs and projects and enjoy providing an exceptional experience and a positive impact on the business. You will be commercially minded and enjoy a fast paced, high performing, matrixed environment. Ideally you will have previous experience in financial services and hold a degree qualification.
