Our client, a tech enabled Global Financial Services firm with a robust international footprint and small but rapidly growing headcount in the Americas is seeking a dynamic, passionate, HR Business Partner to join their main US office in Chicago (zip code 60606) on a hybrid basis. The ideal individual will have at least 8 years of true HR Business Partner experience in agile, relationship centric, and most of all dynamic financial, tech, or professional services settings. This role is excellent for an HR Business partner looking for their next developmental step as it will simultaneously serve as a proxy for the Head of HR in the Americas at times, but must also be someone who enjoys being very hands on in their work on a daily basis. As the Americas HR function is still being fully strategized, there are also many exciting opportunities to dive into very granular project work around process improvement, engagement, and enhancing programs with an eye toward further supporting the full employee lifecycle.

In addition to onboarding, people and culture work, performance management, engagement, development and compensation initiatives, this energetic and smart HR practitioner will serve as the day-to-day contact for all Employee Relations issues for their shared client group of 350 in the US and Canada. They will also be afforded the chance to work internationally with partners in EMEA as needed, with additional projects available to gain great global exposure.
