We are currently partnered with a fast growing tech company in search of a Senior HR Business Partner, situated in their San Francisco offices in the city.
Our client has more than quadrupled in size over the last eighteen months, with currently over 500 employees and they are set to double this by the end of 2019. This position will partner with the leaders of two critical business divisions, covering over 200 employees. You will provide strategic guidance to support the scaling of the organization, head the facilitation of endeavors such as employee performance management, career pathing initiatives and overarching organizational design, and will also provide the company with an established platform to appraise the needs and overall pulse of the workforce in real time. As a partner to the business, the selected candidate will additionally function as a coach to senior management and must understand relevant employment law to effectively thrive in this company.
To be successful in the position we are looking to identify candidates who have partnered with a technical population and are comfortable in high growth environments. You will need to be a strong communicator, a value ambassador and a data oriented problem solver.
