Your responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:
- Act as HR Business Partner for dedicated account areas
- Conduct regular account meetings with management and provide key MI and analysis of information
- Identify HR issues and opportunities, generate and deliver HR solutions to achieve business objectives
- Provide coaching and support to line managers on all people related issues
- Support retention, workforce and planning initiatives
- Provide advice on all HR matters, including compensation and benefits, performance management and HR policies and procedures
- Provide updates and coaching on developments in employment law
- Participate in key HR initiatives and projects as required
- Support the annual salary review and bonus process
- Provide support to peers and deputise for HR Business Partners in their absence
- Build strong relationships to all levels of management, providing sound advice and support to managers
You will need to be able to display you have the following qualifications and experience:
- Sound working experience in a similar capacity within a large corporate organisation
- Comprehensive and up to date knowledge of employment legislation, case law and HR best practice
- Sound experience gained from dealing with complex issues in a large blue chip organisation including business change experience
- Ability to influence at all levels of management
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Ability to work with ambiguity and use own judgement in situations where answers are not obvious
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
