I am excited to be partnering with an award winning communications consultancy to find their very first HR Business Partner reporting into the Head of Operations. This role is an excellent opportunity to support an entrepreneurial and fast growing business to create a positive focus on professional development, well-being and continuous improvement of the full employee lifecycle.
As the stand-alone HR Business Partner you will be responsible for a strategic contribution to the HR systems and processes in line with company values. This will include recruitment process, candidate engagement and experience, designing performance and professional development, talent management, engagement and well being. You will build solid relationships to support and coach managers providing HR advise as required and be responsible for all employee communications.
As the successful candidate you will be an experienced HR professional with ownership of both strategic and operational elements and have proven experience designing and implementing HR processes. Ideally with 5 years or more of HR generalist experience in a growing, dynamic professional services environment or consultancy.
