About our Client
We are delighted to partner with a Global FMCG leader with a strong YOY business performance, particularly in their growth markets across Asia Pacific. As part of leveraging HR as a business enabler, we are recruiting for a seasoned HR BP to join their commercial business verticals.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering HR Roadmap and strategies for their APAC and Middle East entities. Being the HR advisor to the Business Leaders across Asia Pacific, the HR Business Partner will provide meaningful and insightful analysis and/or advice on commercial and business requirements across different markets, and provide the necessary guidance to the leaders. As part of the core HR team in Asia Pacific, the HR Business Partner will identify and drive key HR objectives as part of global and/or regional initiatives.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this role, you have at least 10 years of relevant HR business partnering experience with fast paced and high growth organisations, preferably within the FMCG, Pharma or Services sector. As a proven HR business partner, you have a broad knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices, coupled the ability to develop and execute insightful and meaningful HR roadmap and/or initiatives. You build strong relationships at all levels across the organisation, a team player and mentor/coach who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
