I am currently working exclusively with a high growth management information software provider who are looking to hire an established HR Business Partner based in Bedford on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Human Resources Director this is a fantastic opportunity to make your own mark, designing and implementing new processes and initiatives and creating an HR framework that will support this business through its continued growth.
You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Leadership Team across a global footprint with organisational design, performance management, recruitment and onboarding, learning and development including ownership of training budget, talent reviews, performance cycle, employee engagement and act as the point of escalation for ER issues.
You will have extensive HR Generalist experience ideally across an international client group and have worked within a similarly driven and high growth environment.
You will have operated as a true HR Business Partner with solid experience across employee relations, welfare and support and either an affiliation with Reward OR Learning and Development to assist with the build out of these functions. Also you must be CIPD qualified level 7 or equivalent
