Our client, an exciting global financial firm that has grown exponentially both organically and through acquisition is offering the opportunity to join their high performance team as a true HR Business Partner. This generalist /HR Business Partner will be tasked with providing comprehensive HR support to a shared domestic population of several hundred employees, including front office groups. With unlimited opportunities for visibility and exposure, you'll roll up your sleeves and do a wide array of HR transformation, change management, and process improvement projects. This role is well suited for an individual who thrives in fluid environments and feels invigorated lending structure where needed.
Relevant candidates will have a strong knowledge of talent and performance management, a solid foundation in Employee Relations (able to handle triage and intermediate level investigations with little guidance), knowledge of state and local regulations and strong analytical knowledge (the ability to gather and interpret people data). Experience out of similarly agile small to midsized financial/professional services organizations is crucial as this environment is one of both excellence and rapid change. A pragmatic yet customized approach to HR service, executive presence, and the ability to take your own initiative and seek solutions will predict success in this challenging yet supportive global environment.
5 years of relevant experience is required as is the ability to travel once per quarter within the U.S.
