My client is an international FMCG with a portfolio of fantastic, well-known brands. After undergoing exciting period of growth and acquistion they are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to join the HR team and support the business and senior leadership through teh continual change and transformation.
The HR Business Partner will support leadership across key business units and their employees to drive the people strategy and providing support into process and systems change. This is hands on role you will be pivotal to ensuring a seamless HR offering across your client group and connecting to the wider business agenda. Within this role you will have the opportunity to get involved in wider HR projects including business transformation, harmonising HR process, implementing SAP and wider organisational design. Whilst working with the HR Director of both the UK and EMEA on business critical HR such as performance management, career development, ways of working, and engagement.
A driven and commercial company they are seeking an individual with business partnering experience having worked in a similar FMCG/consumer products focused environment. You will have a hands on approach supporting on full cycle HR with the ability to quickly secure relationships with your stakeholders. You will be able to evidence your experience with change management whilst working in a fast paced and ambitious environment. This role will allow you to have a real influence in the functionality of the company and continue to shape a best in class HR function.
