I am currently partnering with a Banking and Financial Services organisation with key financial centres around the world who are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner for their London office, where you will report directly into the Head of HR for Europe and Americas.
As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for partnering with and providing solutions and consultative expertise to people leaders and employees throughout the London office whilst also partnering with other teams across America and Australia. As the HR Business Partner you will also contribute to and drive achievement of business objectives. You will perform a wide range of duties associated with some or all of the different functional HR areas including recruitment, global mobility, employment policies, employee relations, case management, diversity, learning & development, remuneration and benefits.
To be successful within this role you will need demonstrable HR Business Partnering experience within a Financial Services organisation with strong knowledge and experience across Employment Law, UK Regulations, Benefits Management as well strong stakeholder management expertise.
