Our client, a Technology organization with more than 5,000 employees, is looking to hire a Human Resources Lead for one of their key Business Units based in their Atlanta office. In this position you will work with the Business Unit President, CHRO and broader HR team to drive People strategy and initiatives for this global population.
Working as part of the Leadership team for this critical Business Unit, you will partner with the President to translate key business objectives into tangible people strategies and programs. There is a key focus on several transformation initiatives that will be implemented at an international level. This role will also have a strong talent management and resource planning focus to ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time.
To be successful in the role you will have years of experience as an HR partner with skills in change management, exposure to a global internal client base and an analytical and data driven mindset. Your commerciality, ability to be effective in ambiguous environments, ability to lead by example, and strong stakeholder management skills are critical. You must also possess strong prioritizations skills and be comfortable delegating as needed.
