I am currently supporting my client who is a world leading privately-owned company based in North West London, with their search for a HR Business Partner. The family owned company have continued to grow each year and continue to report strong financial results. They are incredibility proud of their company values that are centred on being part of a family and they offer a unique experience of working for a medium sized organisation, that is still run with the flexibility of a small business.

The role has risen due to an internal promotion, the previous post holder has really enjoyed the role due to its: variety, being involved in important activities and feeling like they have had the opportunity to add real value. The company are continuing to grow so you will have the opportunity to grow and develop with the business.

This is a generalist role, and the HR BP will initially be involved in all HR operations, but only occasionally help with recruitment as they have their own in-house recruitment specialist. They also have several local and global projects in the pipeline and the successful candidate will be required to support with these offering great exposure to the wider business.

Culture fit is key… you will be a driven, resilient and committed HR professional, with a can do attitude, who can partner at a senior level, works to best practice, and can balance strategic and operational HR. You will be an excellent relationship builder who is experienced in handling ER/disciplinary procedures, grievances, dismissals, absence management, performance management and that can assist/advise on all HR matters. The ideal candidate well be someone who has experience of working with head office functions, engineers and technicians.
