I am working with an industry renowned media company on their search for HR BP to cover a maternity leave for a period of 14 months. The small but perfectly formed team consists of two HR BP's, a HR Advisor and the HR Director.
Working alongside the other HR BP you will act as a senior advisor to managers within the business, providing support and guidance across people processes and employee relations cases. This is a generalist role that will also cover; People Strategy, Recruitment, Performance Management and HR Change Projects.
Projects and initiatives you will be able to take a lead on will include; training, performance, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, mental health and well-being etc..
The ideal candidate will have worked at either HR Manager or BP capacity previously and have a genuine interest in the media industry. Any complex ER experience would be an advantage, and you must be comfortable working autonomously.
