Our client is a Global Corporation providing diversified systems and services to the relevant markets worldwide. They are a market leading, technology provider of integrated solutions for the various businesses that they provide. They have engaged our services for a HR Business be accountable for a progressive HR agenda and stakeholder relations with key leaders.
This is an exciting opportunity, especially for working mums who are looking for flexibility or hoping to get back to the corporate world on a part time basis with a high potential to be converted to a permanent role in next few months. You will manage the operations, with support so that you can be heavily involved in the strategy and liaise with your global counterparts.
Reporting to the HR Director based out of Singapore, this is the most important position within Singapore and will need to be autonomous and have accountability for the people aspects for the Singapore office with a headcount of 200. Stakeholder management, relationship building and flexibility for the business will be a key competency for this role.
The population is made up of white-collar professionals and blue -collar workers. High level of EQ and ability to work with all levels of employees. Based in Singapore, this role will be responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy and smooth running of daily operations.
You will play a lead role in the development and implementation of commercial HR solutions (in line with the firm's parameters and local market) to support the firm's strategy for Singapore. This will include establishing strong operational excellence, being a change leader when necessary, supporting talent management processes, operational efficiency and HR expertise.
You will act as a lead on a number of HR initiatives and collaborate with global/APAC counterparts to roll out diversity, engagement, health and wellbeing, graduate and internship programmes and other projects that play to your strength and leaning.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have worked in an MNC previously, and have experience managing blue collared workers.
