My client is a global insurance firm, with continuing growth and the need for an HR Business Partner to join them. The business is split into brands and this will be aligned to the highest growth BU in terms of revenue and headcount. With growth and expansion comes change and this HRBP role will be at the forefront, delivering an generalist HR offering to the commercial leaders and working closely with the Centres of Excellence which include ER, Recruitment and Reward.
At this organisation HRBP's are true end to end generalists. Therefore this will need somebody used to operating in global and matrixed environments with a passion for both the operational and strategic HR elements. The environment requires someone calm, used to handling complex stakeholders and a strong grounding in both the design and delivery of operational HR support.
Initially a 6 month FTC this has come from continued growth requiring headcount need and will suit someone used to diving straight in and making an impact. Ideally you will have experience in the insurance space, however exposure across any regulated and large scale environments would be helpful.
