Are you looking for the next step in your career? This is an opportunity for a strong HR Generalist, to take ownership of a client group across the APAC region.
Reporting into an inspiring HR Leader and working alongside a talented HR specialist team, you will support a client group of circa 400 across the region.
Your role & responsibility will include:
- Provide coaching & advice to employees & managers
- Manage complex employment related issues
- Partner with managers on complex performance matters
- Use data & insights to increase the capability of leaders and people managers
- Manage & review policies, ER processes and procedures to align with best practice & changes to APAC local laws
- Lead proactive efforts on scaling & standardizing processes
- Participate in projects
Your skills & experience:
- HR degree or equivalent is desirable
- Strong HR Generalist / Employee relations experience
- Strong communication & problem solving skills
- Be able to influence at all levels and build excellent relationships across the business
- APAC experience highly desirable
