HR Generalist role with L&OD focus
Based in stunning offices in the CBD, this organisation is a leader in their field and pride themselves on providing their people with an unbelievable work experience.
As the Employee Experience Manager (HR Business Partner) you will be responsible for collaborating with people leaders in all HR activities, balancing the provision of strategic advice with the seamless delivery of end to end operational work.
Key areas of focus will be on talent attraction, talent management, performance management, employee relations, remuneration benchmarking & general coaching of people leaders in HR processes.
You will also manage the companies Organisational Development initiatives & recognition programs, as well as Diversity & Inclusion.
As the successful candidate you will have previous experience in a hands on, HR Generalist environment, operating at Business Partner level.
With a flair for creating trusted relationships, where you can coach & influence great business outcomes you will be highly organised, driven & collaborative in style.
Ideally you will have experience in financial services, technology or a similar high performance environment with a modern, progressive people culture.
