I am currently partnering on an exclusive basis with a diverse and growing investment management firm who are looking to recruit a newly created advisor level HR Business Partner position for their London office. You will report directly into the Senior HR Director in London but then sit as part of a global HR team. This role will initially focus supporting clients within its London office and overtime take on more responsibility for its Hong Kong office as well.
The business has exciting growth plans for its London and Hong Kong offices having opened both offices within the last 4 years. This role will be an end-to-end HR Generalist position where you will work collaboratively with the Senior HR Director to run core HR processes as well as taking ownership for various HR initiatives and projects. The HR team sat within head office are responsible for all HR admin tasks so this role really does allow you to operate as a true HR Business Partner to your client groups.
To be successful within this role candidates will need demonstratable HR Generalist experience gained within a hands-on environment preferably within investment management, asset management, private equity or investment banking. This role will also require you to think outside the box whilst showing creativity and innovation to really partner and add value to your clients.
This role will also require some global travel.
