My client is one of the UK's fasting growing telecoms businesses in London, with ambitious and exciting growth plans they are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to join the team and drive the HR Agenda across the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven HR Professional to support the Head of HR drive the people agenda and support a growing client base. This role will see you partnering with a workforce that are pinnacle to the delivery the service provided by the organisation. You will support senior managers within your client group by delivering best in class, commercial HR Advise alongside partnering with the Head of HR to shape the HR offering across the business. Due to the nature of the business health and safety comes first and you will act as a role model for best practise and live and breathe the business values and ethos. You will partner with business leaders covering areas such as Compliance, Employee Engagement, Organisational Design, employee relations and learning and development to engage Managers on best practise and support them to get the best performance out of their employees.

To be successful in this role you will have worked in a HR Business Partner capacity or as a Senior HR Advisor and have worked in a commercial environment either SME 200+ with a growing and fast paced environment. You will have excellent employee relations experience delivering to senior level and on complex cases. You will be an excellent role model, able to work with a diverse client group from multiple backgrounds. You will have the ability to work both operational and strategically taking things at a fast pace but with consideration to a changing and growing organisation. You will be creative and happy to muck in with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
