Based in stunning offices in the CBD, this organisation is a leader in their field and pride themselves on providing their people with an unbelievable work experience.
As the HR Business Partner for Australia & Japan, you will be responsible for providing proactive HR advice & support to the Head of Australia, Head of Japan and various business heads in the Japan, Sydney & Melbourne offices.
With the support of specialist teams globally, you will balance the provision of strategic advice with the seamless delivery of the full spectrum of HR functions from recruitment to performance management, with a particular emphasis on L&D, working closely with the L&D team on the Leadership Academy programmes & various other technical and soft skills training programmes.
As a trusted advisor, you will coach managers on all employee related matters and work with the global HR team to deliver on relevant HR Projects such as Talent Reviews/Succession Planning & Employee Engagement.
As the successful candidate you will have previous experience in a hands on, HR Generalist environment, operating at Business Partner level Ideally you will have experience in financial services, professional services or a similar high performance environment with a modern, progressive people culture.
Previous experience & knowledge of Japanese employment legislation would be a nice to have.
