I'm currently working on an exciting HR Business Partner role with a leading global hospitality business. This successful international business is looking for a HRBP to join their HR team in London supporting a hotel network across the UK.
In this role you report into a senior stakeholder in Europe and partner the VP of Operations so you'll get some great exposure at senior management level. The business have varying grades of hotels from economy to luxury - it is likely you will be supporting the luxury division. Some of the larger hotels have on-site HR teams and others you will need to be more hands on with. In this role you will look after the annual HR processes, any TUPE/Restructuring processes and manage complex ER cases. You will also strategically partner your client group on initiatives such as Talent, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and Succession.
The organisation has wider specialist functions in Talent Acquisition, Reward and L&D but it's an environment where you can put your hand up and get involved in projects.
It's a very fast paced environment and you will need to be hands on, be able to influence at a senior level and roll up your sleeves. It is very important to have gravitas and be resilient. They will also be looking for you to show ambition and an eagerness to learn!
In order to be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a HR Business Partner, ideally in a hospitality/retail environment or otherwise a very fast paced environment.
Location: London, with travel across the UK however you will be able to manage your own time so you don't have too much to and fro.
Salary: Circa £50,000 but may have flexibility up to £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits including private medical insurance and free hotel stays
